“Working on cars has always been a passion of mine. In high school, I took 2 years of auto shop and ended up winning a contest that gave me the opportunity to attend college for free. After getting a degree, I worked in industry for many years. But I always felt like I could do more. That is when I transitioned to become an Automotive Technology Instructor. I’ve been teaching for 9 years and I love every minute of it. Not only do I have my own auto shop, but I can teach young, energetic students about my passion. West-MEC is a great place to feed your passion of Automotive Technology from a top notch facility to instructors that have just as much passion about cars and trucks as the students do.”
